Robert William Gillson (May 4, 1905 – November 16, 1992) was an American football player.
[1] He was hired as the line coach at Middlebury College in 1932.
[3] He was appointed in 1935 as a full-time member of the Colgate faculty in the physical education department.
[4] He served for a decade as the supervisor of freshman and athletics.
During World War II, he served in the U.S. Navy and attained the rank of lieutenant commander.
