Bogata (/bəˈɡoʊtə/ bə-GOH-tə)[4] is a city in Red River County, Texas, United States.

[6] According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2), all land.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 1,074 people, 480 households, and 285 families residing in the city.

About 37.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 20.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
