Bola attended Comprehensive High School in Iludun-Oro and holds a degree in Land Survey and Geoinformatics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

She serves as one of the steering committee members for implementing the Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) Project, a collaboration between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the World Bank.
