Boualem Rahoui (born 8 October 1948 in Aïn Témouchent) is a retired Algerian long-distance runner.
Rahoui represented the club ASPTT Oran.
[2] At the 1975 Mediterranean Games he won the steeplechase gold and the 10,000 metres bronze,[3] and he also won three gold medals at the Maghreb Championships.
[4] His personal best times were 8.20.2 minutes in the steeplechase, achieved in 1975; and 13.40.2 minutes in the 5000 metres, achieved in 1975.
