Brent Adams (American football)

David Brent Adams (born June 26, 1952) is an American former professional football offensive tackle.

He played college football for the Chattanooga Mocs,[1] where he was a four year starter,[2] and later professionally for the Atlanta Falcons.

Adams was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the eighth round of the 1975 NFL draft and played for the team for three seasons.

[3][4] During the second day of the 1978 preseason, Adams suffered a partial tear of ligaments in his knee and was put on the injury list.
