[7][8] On November 2, Weber was acquired by the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA Development League as an affiliate player of the Heat.

On February 23, he recorded a triple-double with 11 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a win over the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
