As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 1,933 people, 745 households, and 545 families residing in the CDP.

There were 745 households, out of which 31.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.5% were married couples living together, 7.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.8% were non-families.

21.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

None of the families and 1.3% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 6.8% of those over 64.
