The township contains these eight cemeteries: Benville, Bixler, Bowman, Butler, DeHart, Dobey, Linn and Morrelville.

As of the 2020 census[1] there were 102 people, 98 households, and 89 families residing in the township.

There were 54 housing units at an average density of 1.42 per square mile (0.55/km2).

9.20% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.20% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
