Buga-shadara

Buga-shadara, also known as Bouge Shodre, is a two-player abstract strategy board game from Tuva, a republic in Siberia, Russia.

[1] It is a hunt game where one player plays the deer (which is "buga" in the Tuva language).

The boars are also referred black in the referenced article "Buga-shadara a folk game from Tuva".

The "shah" part "is a title given to the emperors/kings and lords of Iran (historically also known as Persia).".

The referenced article associates the boars (the two black pieces) as kings.

[1] Perhaps the boars or deer are kings, and have to find a way or have a way with the white pieces or dogs.

Furthermore, in Rimau-rimau the tiger can capture an odd number of enemy pieces.

The Dogs (White) wins if it can block the movement of the two deer pieces (Black).

The deer (black) pieces can move along a line segment onto a vacant adjacent point following the pattern on the board.

The Deer can capture a Dog piece by the short leap as in draughts.
