Buronga, New South Wales

Buronga is a town in New South Wales, Australia on the Murray River.

[2] Given their proximity the present day town of Buronga operates largely as a satellite suburb of the regional centre of Mildura.

The town is serviced by a small retail area consisting of such outlets as a post office, petrol stations, public bar and a bakery.

It is also the industrial base of the Wentworth Shire being the base for the local Essential Energy depot as well as several other industrial businesses, including an earthmover, concrete supplier, steel suppliers and metalworkers.
