As of the 2020 census[1] there were 929 people, 296 households, and 215 families residing in the township.

The racial makeup of the township was 97.09% White, 0.22% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.22% Asian, 0.11% Pacific Islander, 0.32% from other races, and 2.05% from two or more races.

There were 296 households, out of which 29.70% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.57% were married couples living together, 5.07% had a female householder with no spouse present, and 27.36% were non-families.

17.60% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.10% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
