Burwardsley

Burwardsley is a village and civil parish the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England.

[1] The parish is part of two Cheshire long-distance footpaths, the Sandstone Trail,[2] and the Eddisbury Way.

[3][4] The parish church of St John the Divine in Burwardsley dates back to 1730.

[5] The pub claims to date back to 1650, when there were three ale houses in Burwardsley, although it was not called The Pheasant until the 1970s.

[5] The former primary school has been converted into an outdoor education centre.
