Lindfors started competing in throws as early as 2014, and she finished 4th at the 2015 Swedish U16 Championships in the discus.

[13] She quickly qualified for the 2021 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships, placing 18th overall.

[14] After her freshman outdoor season, she finished 4th at the European U23 Championships in the discus throw, again just missing out on a medal.

[17] Beginning in 2024, Lindfords transferred to the California Golden Bears track and field program.

[18] Lindfors is from Uppsala, Sweden where she attended Celsiusskolan [sv] high school.
