California's 23rd senatorial district is one of 40 California State Senate districts.

It is currently represented by Republican Suzette Martinez Valladares of Santa Clarita.

For and after the 2024 California State Senate election, the district will encompass the high desert communities of the Antelope Valley and Victor Valley, as well as the Santa Clarita Valley in Los Angeles County.

The district has a very large Latino population.
