California's 55th State Assembly district is one of 80 California State Assembly districts.

It is currently represented by Democrat Isaac Bryan of Los Angeles .

The district straddles the intersection of three counties and several distinct regions.

Centered on the Chino Hills, it includes the southeastern margins of the San Gabriel Valley as well as parts of the northern Santa Ana Valley.

Due to redistricting, the 55th district has been moved around different parts of the state.
