On March 26, 2018, Fleming signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys worth up to $3.5 million.

On March 17, 2020, the Cowboys declined the option on Fleming's contract, making him an unrestricted free agent.

On May 20, 2021, Fleming signed a one-year, $1.67 million contract with the Denver Broncos, after the team released offensive tackle Ja'Wuan James.
