From 1994 to 2000, the T-REX was only available in Quebec, but since the early 2000s it has been sold in the rest of Canada and the United States.

In June 2004, the company was facing financial difficulties, and it granted an exclusive worldwide licence to manufacture and sell the T-Rex to T-Rex Vehicles Inc. Due to this arrangement, the company claims that production costs have been reduced by 20% without much difficulty.
