43, see text Cantuaria is a genus of South Pacific armored trapdoor spiders that was first described by Henry Roughton Hogg in 1902.
[3] From 1985 to 2006 it was merged with former genus Misgolas, now Arbanitis.
[4][5] As of May 2019[update] the genus contained forty-three species, mainly from New Zealand (NZ), with one from the Australian state of Tasmania (TAS):[1]
