Carl Anthony Carter Sr. (March 7, 1964 – May 15, 2019)[1] was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL).
He was selected by the Cardinals in the fourth round of the 1986 NFL draft.

Carter died on May 15, 2019, in his hometown of Fort Worth, TX.
