Carl Herman Halvorsen (15 October 1837 – 1918) was a Norwegian jurist and politician.
In 1872 Halvorsen bought the farm Blommenholm east of Sandvika.
He worked as a solicitor at that time,[1] and in 1873 he was elected to serve in Bærum municipal council.
[2] In 1898, Halvorsen sold the entire Blommenholm farm in 1898, except for the area Sjøholmen, where he moved into a newly erected Swiss-style villa.
