Carl E. Seel[2] (born July 14, 1969, in Maryland) is an American politician and a former Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives representing District 20 from 2013 to 2015.
Seel served consecutively from January 2009 until January 14, 2013, in the District 6 seat.
Seel earned his AA from College of the Canyons in California.
