Carlos Arturo Mahecha Pinto[a] (born 10 October 1992)[1] is a Colombian swimmer.
He represented Colombia at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.
In 2018, he won the bronze medal in the men's 50 metre breaststroke event at the Central American and Caribbean Games held in Barranquilla, Colombia.
[2] In 2019, he competed in the men's 100 metre breaststroke and men's 200 metre breaststroke events at the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru.
