Carlton Molesworth (February 15, 1876 – July 25, 1961) was a Major League Baseball pitcher.
Molesworth signed with the Birmingham Barons of the Southern Association in 1906 and was named manager of the team in 1908.
His team opened Birmingham's gleaming new Rickwood Field in 1910 and he continued playing outfield until after the 1911 season, winning two pennants as manager in 1912 and 1914.
Molesworth was born in and died in Frederick, Maryland.
