Caroline Arscott is an Emeritus Professor of the History of Art at the Courtauld Institute.
[1] Arscott studied at Newnham College Cambridge and the University of Leeds.
[2] She is an expert on art of the Victorian period and has lectured at The Courtauld since 1988.
[2] She has published extensively on Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris, including the book Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris: Interlacings (2008).
[3] Arscott was on the Oxford Art Journal editorial board from 1998 to 2008 and continues to serve as Advisory Editor.
