Caroline Maun

Caroline C. Maun (born January 14, 1968) is a professor,[1] author, poet, lyricist, and musician.

She teaches creative writing in the English Department at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

She then earned a Ph.D. in English from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1998, where she wrote a dissertation on Evelyn Scott's unpublished volume of verse, “The Gravestones Wept.”[3] This research later became The Collected Poems of Evelyn Scott, published by The National Poetry Foundation in 2005.

Moving to Wayne State University,[5] she was appointed assistant professor in the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies in 2004.
