Carolyn Kepcher

Carolyn Kepcher (/ˈkɛpʃər/; born January 30, 1969) is an American businesswoman who was one of the judges on the NBC television program The Apprentice.

While studying marketing on a volleyball scholarship at Mercy College, she took a job as a manager at a Manhattan restaurant.

On graduation, in 1992, Kepcher secured a position as sales and marketing director of a golf club outside New York City.

[2] Kepcher became co-founder and CEO of Carolyn & Co., a company created for the purpose of "providing a broad array of services and assistance to career women.

"[3] On November 28, 2006, Kepcher was hired by Microsoft to star in a new reality show, Ultimate Challenge, to find the next best small-business venture.

In 2010, Kepcher was the recipient of the prestigious Toastmasters International Golden Gavel award for Excellence in Communications and Leadership.
