Carroll Phillips (born September 2, 1992) is a former American football defensive end.

Phillips signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent on May 1, 2017.

[1] He was waived by the Jaguars on September 2, 2017, and was signed to the practice squad the next day.

[5] On September 3, 2018, Phillips was signed to the Indianapolis Colts' practice squad.

[13] Phillips was selected with the sixth pick of the fourth round of the 2022 USFL draft by the Philadelphia Stars.
