Casey Robert Parsons (born April 14, 1954) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder.
He played parts of four seasons in the majors, between 1981 and 1987, for the Seattle Mariners, Chicago White Sox, and Cleveland Indians.
Parsons was born in Wenatchee, Washington, and he attended Gonzaga University, where he played college baseball for the Bulldogs from 1973 to 1976.
