Catherine Nzuzi wa Mbombo is a politician from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
She was the vice president[4] and then the leader[5] of Mobutu's Popular Movement of the Revolution party.
After the opening of Zaire to democracy in 1990, until the fall of the regime, she was Private Adviser to the Head of State.
Because of this past, she was imprisoned for 20 months[4] after Laurent-Désiré Kabila took power in 1997.
She is the head of several commercial and real estate companies.
