Cecile Joseph Iskandar (Arabic: سيسيل جوزيف إسكندر; born 12 March 2007) is a Lebanese footballer who plays as a midfielder for Lebanese club EFP and the Lebanon national team.

Iskandar was crowned to scorer of the 2023 WAFF U-16 Girls Championship with four goals, helping Lebanon U16 lift the title after defeating Jordan 2–0.
