Celso Fabián Ortiz Gamarra (born 26 January 1989) is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga MX club Pachuca.
On 26 August 2009, AZ Alkmaar secured the services of the Paraguayan football midfielder.
