Central Asia Street (Korean: 중앙아시아거리) is the nickname for an area in Gwanghui-dong, Jung District, Seoul, South Korea.
The ground level of the street has a number of restaurants and bars that specialize in Central Asian and Russian food and drinks, including kebabs and vodka.
[1] In addition to stores and restaurants, many of the establishments cater to the needs of the locals, such as banks, hair salons, and job agencies.
[1][4] According to one interviewee in 2009, the neighborhood was a favorite meeting spot for Central Asian and Russian factory workers in the area.
Many workers arrive using a D-9-1 international trade visa, which can be obtained from a Jung District community center that opened in 2015.
