The territory consists of the townships of Concord and Lexington.

The racial makeup of the unorganized territory was 99.40% White, 0.30% Black or African American, and 0.30% from two or more races.
There were 154 households, out of which 22.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.2% were married couples living together, 5.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.9% were non-families.
32.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
