Chaloupky

Chaloupky is a municipality and village in Beroun District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

Chaloupky consists of two municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] Chaloupky is located about 23 kilometres (14 mi) southwest of Beroun and 48 km (30 mi) southwest of Prague.

The Záskalská Reservoir, built on the stream Červený potok, is located in the municipality.

The only historical monument in the municipality is the ruin of the Valdek Castle, located near Neřežín.

[6][7] Valdek Castle was used as a filming location for the F. L. Věk TV series (1971–1972)[6] and for the 1997 movie Snow White: A Tale of Terror.
