Chantel Marie "Channy"[2] Woodhead (born 17 September 1974 in Leeds, England) is a former English international football player.
In 1994 Woodhead won the Women's FA Cup with Doncaster Belles when they defeated Knowsley United 1-0 at Glanford Park.
[6] Woodhead was overlooked for the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup squad by manager Ted Copeland.
It was suggested to Woodhead that the dress code breach was reflective of her attitude: "So it looks like I've been dropped for wearing the wrong trousers.
"[7] She was allotted 105 when the FA announced their legacy numbers scheme to honour the 50th anniversary of England’s inaugural international.
