Chapar Khaneh (Persian: چاپارخانه)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Chapar Khaneh Rural District[4] of the Central District of Khomam County, Gilan province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,112 in 301 households, when it was in the former Khomam District of Rasht County.
