Charles William 'Chic' Bullen (January 15, 1919 – December 23, 2009) was a Utah politician and legislator.
[1][2] In 1980 and 1988, Bullen was the Utah Chair of George H. W. Bush's presidential campaign.
Bullen received his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and then served in the United States Navy during World War II.
He and his wife, the former Jonnie Blackett, had three children.
