Charles FitzRoy, 3rd Baron Southampton

Charles FitzRoy, 3rd Baron Southampton (28 September 1804 – 16 July 1872) was a British peer.

He was the grandson of Charles FitzRoy, 1st Baron Southampton and Anne Warren, the daughter and co-heir of Adml.

On his retirement from the Mastership of the Quorn Hunt he sold that pack to Sir Harry Goodricke, 7th Bt.

It was on the FitzRoy estate of the Duke of Grafton, one of whose seats was Wakefield Lodge, nearby.

On 25 February 1862 he married Ismania Catherine Nugent, by whom he had five children: It is an extraordinary fact that, although the 3rd Lord Southampton was born in 1804, his elder son and heir did not die until 1958.
