Charles L. Richards

Charles Lenmore Richards (October 3, 1877 – December 22, 1953) was an American lawyer and United States Representative from Nevada, serving one term in Congress from 1923 to 1925.

He graduated from the law department of Stanford University, in 1901.

He was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in Tonopah, Nevada, in 1901.

In 1919 he was a member of the Nevada Assembly and moved to Reno.

He resumed the practice of law in Reno until his death there on December 22, 1953.
