Charles Shuttleworth

He served in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba as a Liberal-Progressive from 1949 to 1959, and was a cabinet minister in the government of Douglas Campbell.

He served as reeve of the Rural Municipality of Odanah,[3] and was president of the Manitoba Approved Flock Owners.

He defeated Venables again in the 1953 election, and was appointed to cabinet on September 4, 1953 as Minister of Public Utilities and Power Commissioner.

[3] In 1981, Shuttleworth received a certificate of merit from the Manitoba Agricultural and Food Science Grads Association.

[2] He suffered a stroke in 2000 and died at a long term care home in Minnedosa six years later at the age of 95.
