Charles Warren Thompson (22 July 1867 – 1 June 1950) was an American politician.
He joined the Republican Party and became a member of the school board and the city council of Marion.
In this function he was the deputy of Governor Alf Landon, who also served two terms between 1933 and 1937.
He was also a director and chairman of the executive committee of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka.
Charles Thompson died on 1 June 1950 in Topeka, Kansas.
