Charles Nicholas Woodburn CBE (born 11 March 1971) is a British businessman who has been the CEO of BAE Systems since July 2017.
[2] Woodburn was the chief executive of Expro Group, which surveys and manages oil and gas wells around the world.
He had also spent 15 years at Schlumberger, an oil services company, overseeing major projects in Thailand, Australia, and the US.
[7] He was also in line for an extra £2 million long-term share award payable if he stayed at BAE until the end of 2023.
[7] Woodburn was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2024 New Year Honours for services to international trade and skills development.
