Charlie Hoffman

Charles R. "Charlie" Hoffman (born April 21, 1956) is an American politician and former Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1997 to 2011.

He represented Kentucky's 62nd House district, which included parts of Fayette, Owen, and Scott counties.

He was defeated in the 2010 Kentucky House of Representatives election, garnering 8,287 votes (49.3%) against Republican candidate Ryan Quarles.

[3] In 2024, Hoffman was arrested again following a dispute regarding a political yard sign displayed by his neighbor.

He was charged with false reporting, resisting arrest, assault of a police officer, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and menacing.
