Charles Blalock Smith (February 6, 1931 – March 16, 2011) was an American amateur golfer.

Smith played college golf at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, graduating in 1952.

[1] Smith had considerable success as an amateur in the early 1960s.

He played in the Masters four times and twice in the U.S. Open, although he missed the cut on all six occasions.

His brother Dave was also a successful amateur golfer, winning the Azalea Invitational and the Carolinas Amateur.
