At the 2024 Summer Olympics, Chen, alongside teammate Quan Hongchan, won gold in the women's 10m synchronized platform.

[11][12] At the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Chen and Zhang won the gold medal in the 10 metre synchronized platform on 27 July 2021.
