While there, she served as Director of Finance, Federation of African Medical and Dental Students, and later earned a bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery.

She was orthopaedic trauma travelling and research fellow for Harvard medical school and Massachusetts General Hospital from 2013 to 2016.
