Christopher Michael Holt (born September 18, 1971) is an American former professional baseball player.
He played Major League Baseball (MLB) as a pitcher for the Houston Astros and Detroit Tigers.
The following season, he had an 8–12 win–loss record with a career low 3.52 earned run average (ERA) in 209+2⁄3 innings pitched.
[1] For the 2000 season, Holt tied a career-high in wins with eight, but posted an ERA of 5.35 while losing 16 games.
After pitching one season with Detroit, Holt played in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Yokohama BayStars during 2002 and 2003.
