Christian Democratic Youth

Kristendemokratisk Ungdom (abbreviated KDU) is the political youth organization associated with the Christian Democrats.

The association was founded in october 2010 as Young Christian Democrats, after the Christian Democrats had won a seat in the Danish Parliament, and changed to its current name at the general meeting in 2018.

In October 2020, Hanna-Maria Smed Molte Lyng was elected as chairman, with no opponents.

In April 2024, Hanna-Maria Smed Molte Lyng resigned as chairman.

Magnus Pedersen Rothmann is acting chairman until the upcoming extraordinary national meeting.
