Chuquibambilla District is one of the fourteen districts of the Grau Province in Peru.

[1] One of the highest peaks of the district is Q'urawiri at approximately 5,000 m (16,000 ft).

Quechua is the language which the majority of the population (61.60%) learnt to speak in childhood, 37.84% of the residents started speaking using the Spanish language (2007 Peru Census).
