Chytrium

Chytrium or Chytrion (Χυτριόν),[1] or Chytrum or Chytron (Χυτρόν),[2] also known as Chytum or Chyton (Χυτόν)[3] was a town of ancient Ionia.

Strabo tells us that it was here that the city of Clazomenae was initially founded.
